A color-selection dialog box allows you to choose a specific color value for new connections. You can choose a color from either a set of basic or custom color palettes.

SSL is an acronym for Secure Socket Layer, a cryptographic protocol that ensures secure data transfer over the Internet. In order to prevent spam and provide increased security some SMTP servers (like Gmail) require that you connect using SMTP SSL and login using your account credentials prior to sending any mail.
